Procedure to avoid a current jump in the CO2 Laser Machine
Locate
the anode of the laser tube and the red wire, and the High-tension nut and
loosen the screw, apply with a cotton swab WD-40 lubricant to the screw and
ring terminal of the red wire, not directly to the screw
Tighten the
screw, then place thread seal tape on the screw, red wire and anode of the
laser tube, and put on the cap cover
Repeat the procedure with the other side of the
laser tube, with a cotton swab apply WD-40 lubricant to the screw and ring
terminal of the black wire, tighten the screw, then place thread seal tape on
the screw, black cable and cathode of the laser tube
Locate
the connector adapter high voltage plug socket, apply WD-40 lubricant with the cotton
swab inside the connectors
Reassemble theLaser Power Supply Connector
Adapter, and separate Laser Power Supply Connector Adapter from the machine’s
wall about 2 inchs
