RDCMarkvision installation and Camera Calibration with Ruida RDV6442G controller / Daniel
Process of the SV300 Camera calibration in Versa machine with Ruida RDV6442G Or RDV6445G Controller.
Follow these steps to perform the installation of the RDCMarvision software and calibrate the SV300 camera
Step 1
Download and Install the software RDCMarkvision V. 1.00.55

Step 2
Install the driver of the controller in the Computer , select the Camera and Controller model for the Star model check RDV6445
Step 3
To install the Camera Driver Select “Install”, and click on "Perform" button, wait to finish installing then click on "Aceptar" Button
Step 4
Open the software and change the language to English
Step 5
Deactivate the option "Mark first"
Uncheck the option General Cutting and single recognition multi processing
Step 6
Check that the camera is working, if not check the connection of the USB Cable in the computer USB port, import the DXF file

Step 7
Print the design on paper and locate the camera in the first mark dot
Step 8
Change the home position to the Top Right, go to File/set parameter, select "User para" tab, click on read button, change to the top right click on Write button
Step 9
Do the camera calibration, go to "Model set" tab, click on "Camera para and calibration" button, click on import button and open the file of the camera calibration

Check the angle is 0 and mirror option of the camera Vertical
Step 11
in camera param, click on cut circle, then move the camera to the circle, then click on "match test" button"
if the diameter is not the right, put the value of the match test get in graphlen box, then click on "calculate" button
repeat the process untill you get the right diameter
Step 12
Click on "Cut cross" button to cut the cross, move the camera to reach the target with the arrows, adjust the speed to 2 mm/s, then zoom in with the mouse scroll, to finish the calibration click on calibration button
Step 13
Set the marks in the Design, select the first mark and click on "set the first Mark point", then click on "auto search mark point" to select the other marks
Step 14
Adjust the layer settings with power and speed parameters depending on the material to be cut, and click the "start" button, the camera will move recognizing the marks one by one, if at the end the marks are well placed and have the diameter, the machine will cut the design you loaded into the Markvision Software
The camera will move to find the mark points you have selected, if the camera doesn´t found them, you can adjust the value of similar, angle error, and length error
