Camera Calibration in WF 300W Ruida RDV6442G controller / Daniel

Process of the Camera calibration in Workforce 300W  with Ruida RDV6442G Controller.

Follow these steps to perform the installation of the RDCMarvision  software and Camera Calibration

Step 1
Download and Install the software  RDCMarkvision V. 1.00.55

Step 2
Install the driver of the controller in the PC, select the Camera and Controller model


Step 3
To install the Camera Driver Select  “Install”, and click on Perform button, wait to finish installing then click on Aceptar Button



 

Step 4
Open the software and change the language


Step 5
Deactivate the option Mark first




Step 6
Check that the camera is working, if not check the connection of the USB Cable in the computer, import the DXF file



Step 7
Print the design on paper  and locate the camera in the first mark dot


Step 8
Change the home position to the bottom left, go to File/set parameter, select User para tab, click on read button, change to the bottom left then click on Write



Step 9
Do the camera calibration, import the file with the camera parámeters

Step 10 
Change the angle 270° and mirror option of the camera Vertical





Step 11
Click on Matchtest button and adjust the Ratio in the Camera parameters



if the diameter in Matchtest is not right put this value Graphlen then Click on Calculate to adjust the Ratio, repeat the process to get the precise size of the circle




Step 12
Click on "Cut cross" button to cut the cross, move the camera to reach the  target with the arrows, zoom in with the mouse scroll, to finish the calibration click on calibration button


Step 13
Set the marks in the Design, select the first mark  and click on "set the first Mark point", then click on "auto search mark point"







Step 14
Adjust the layer settings and start the cutting by recognizing the marks,



The camera will move to find the mark points you have selected, if the camera doesn´t found them,  you can adjust the value of similar, angle error, and length error
