Chiller and UV generator installation / Stefhany



CHILLER AND UV GENERATOR INSTALLATION

Step 1: Remove the cables located inside the printer and cut the tie that holds them.



Step 2: Connect the silicone hoses to the rear connectors of the Chiller, one in "Outlet" and one in "Inlet".


Step 3: The power cable connector has a tab that indicates how to insert it, as does the UV power cable and the power cable. Stand at the front of the Chiller and connect the power and communication cables.



Step 4: Connections on the front of the Chiller and the operation panel, set the two potentiometers of the ink LED lamps to 50%



Step 5: Once the connections are complete, pour 2 gallons of 50/50 red or green coolant through the hole on the top of the Chiller, use the funnel that comes inside the Chiller's cardboard box.



Step 6: Open the chiller valves to allow the liquid to flow through the entire system.
