How do you prevent the print head from touching the material?

For material that is easily deformed by heat or is not flat, after measuring the height, the trolley height must be adjusted appropriately to ensure that the trolley height is greater than the highest point of deformation.

Verification can be done manually with the buttons on the operation panel, moving the print trolley over all the material.

1. For small materials that are subject to heat and deformation, the suction holes around the material should be covered with a thin material to improve suction pressure and reduce the possibility of deformation.

2. Reduce the power of the UV lamp to the minimum value that guarantees the drying of the ink.

3. After replacing materials of different thicknesses, be sure to rerun the automatic height measurement.

4. Since the height measurement sensor is at a distance from the origin, if the material is small, the height measurement sensor may not touch the material at all. To avoid this, be sure to move the material to the height testing area.

Attention: once an accident occurs in which the surface of the head rubs against the material, it is recommended to print the verification "Check" to see the state of the head, check whether the state of the heads is appropriate or not, if not, proceed to repair immediately.
