Recommendations for CO2 laser cutting

• Prepare the cut file using any vector software like AutoCad, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, among others.  
• Open the cut file using RDWorks, RDMarkVision or MetalCut. 
• We recommend to establish layers for processing modes as follows:
  1. Interior cuts: blue
  2. Outer cuts: green
  3. Vector engraving: red
  4. Raster engraving: black
•      When there are different types of cuts among the same file, it is recommended to separate them into two layers. Establish the inner cut first and then  the outer one. 
• If there are several pieces, they should be separated at a minimum of 2 mm to avoid affecting the other pieces. 

Warning: Do not cut or engrave PVC or Chlorine derivatives as they produce toxic gases for the human body.
