Negative pressure setting with potentiometers / Stefhany



NEGATIVE PRESSURE CONFIGURATION

Card A negative pressure processing for colored ink. Card B negative pressure processing for white and varnish ink.


Step 1: To modify the potentiometers and achieve the appropriate negative pressure, vary the potentiometer with a flat screwdriver until the desired value is reached, the upper potentiometer determines the units and the lower potentiometer the decimals.


Step 2: The value configured in the potentiometers is visualized on the displays located on the printing carriage. The left panel displays the negative pressure for color inks and the right panel displays the negative pressure value for white.
