Collimated water cooled module: Water cool the collimation center module
QBH interface: Interface that allows connection of the fiber optics with the laser head.
Collimating module: Stage where the collimation of the light rays is done. The dispersed light rays coming from the laser generator turns into parallel beams with equal phase.
Focusing driver module: Stage where the collimated beam converge into a high power density spot and where the focus position is adjusted automatically.
Protective lens module: Protective lens avoid damage of the focal lenses.
Nozzle module: Focus beam towards the work piece.
Figure 2 shows the water cooling coming from the chiller and gas connections that goes through the BM109 laser head, remember the common gases to use are nitrogen, oxygen and air.

Figure 3 illustrates the connections of the driver and the power line to the BM109 laser head. The input ports are twelve (12) and eight (8) core connectors.

Figure 4 illustrates the connection system of the fiber optics to the QBH connector of the BM109. First, align the red point at the end of the fiber with the red point of the QBH interface and insert towardsbottom; then turn the QBH hand wheel left. It is in place when you hear the "click" sound, then pull the hand wheel up and turn left again.
