RAYTOOLS BT240 LASERHEAD



Figure 1 shows the water cooling connections coming from the chiller and the gas inlet in the BT240 laser head.

One of the main characteristic of the BT240 is that the focus position has to be adjusted manually. Figure 2  illustrates the mechanism for adjusting focus position.

Figure 3 shows the connection between fiber optics and QBH interface in the BT240. The red dot on the fiber has to be aligned with the red dot on the QBH connector. Rotate the hand wheel to the left and when you hear a click, pull and rotate one more time to the left, this is a staggered safety system.
