Site Preparation Requirement for Installation UV Printer


1. Power: 1x 220V 50Hz/60Hz single phase 35amp. Build Two wall plugs with 4ft    space in between.

2. Measure voltage 220V single by multimeter.

3. Printer footprint size: 4’X8’ 169" x 90" x 50" 2900lb 

4. The Crate size is:  4’x8’       173”L X 89”W X68” H 3500lb

5. Air-conditioned environment:  Temperature: (68-82.4 F); Humidity:40-60% RH

6. Computer:  Windows 10 operating system. Memory - Above 8G, Hard drive - 1TB Processor: Intel Core i7

7. Two Gallon Antifreeze fluid

8. Unload: Tow truck + 1 forklift with extension feet

Note: If you unload by Tow truck, you don’t need to buy the strap.

11. Startup Ink received. 

12. Tools and Print test materials:

-          Clear glass to practice on.

-          White paper as large as the printer bed.

-          Masking Tape

-          Alcohol for cleaner

-          Razor knife and blades

-          The purchase of PhotoShop if you don't already have it.

-          Scissors

-          Phillips screwdriver

-          Multi-meter
