IPG resonator connections to BCL3766 - Fiber Laser / Engineer David
For the IPG
you will have two wire groups to connect to the machine. The first one is the
power wire and the second one is the communication.
1. Connect
the power cable in the breaker inside the machine: The three phases to the breaker
and the ground to the ground section on the electric panel.
2. Connect
the communication wires to the motherboard. For that you just need 7 wires:
L-STA+ , L-STA- , L-RED , L-EN , PWM1+ , PWM1- , 0v
For these
wires, you need this section on the motherboard:
Connect the
wires like this:
L-STA+ to OUT6
CON6
L-STA- to OUT6
NO6
L-RED to
OUT10
L-EN to
OUT11
PWM1+ to
OUT1 CON1 (NO1)
PWM1- to
OUT2 CON2 (NO2)
0v take it to the 0v section on the electric panel
Finally, put tape on the other wires that you did not connect.
