NEGATIVE PRESSURE INSTABILITY / Stefhany y Luis


NEGATIVE PRESSURE INSTABILITY (FREQUENT BEATING AMPLITUDE IS GREATER THAN 0.5KPA) 


1. Check for any air leaks in all hoses of the negative pressure system.

2. Check if the peristaltic pump is rotating.

3. If the negative pressure fluctuates up and down when the car moves left and right, check if the ink tube or air pipe in the drag chain is worn out.

4. The negative pressure suddenly becomes lower when printer is in standby, and if so, replace the air pump filter.



5. If the problem is not resolved by performing the above steps, replace the negative pressure gauge.
